The crown shapes are extra crispy and great for a side dish as well as the perfect shape and size to top or mix in with a casserole dish. We like to season ours halfway thru with a shake of Lowery's seasoning. I especially love these on breakfast for dinner nights, super easy- toss in the oven turn once, 20 minutes later you have a nice crispy hash brown. Secret is to cook in the oven for half the time then toss in a pan with heated vegetable oil the rest...
