Great for brittle hair
I used to have a real problem with breakage, especially during the summer with chlorine and winter with colder air. This shampoo and conditioner have really helped me. The scent is quite strong, but pleasant. If you have allergies that could be a problem, but I don't mind it. There actually is a big difference in my hair after using this for several months.
