If problems persist, you could look into switching to a conditioner with less moisturizing properties. Also, keep in mind that hair can feel dry if it isn't receiving proper conditioning. Make sure to let the conditioner sit on your hair for at least 5 minutes before rinsing, and apply extra product to the ends, as they typically don't receive as much natural oil from the scalp.
