Although the color palette was pretty, they did not apply well, and took several passes with my brushes to show up…weak pigment. Please Explain
In the description, Physicians Formula states the following: "Mineral Wear: Makeup and cosmetics within the Mineral Wear Collection are talc-free and are extra-breathable, making them a perfect match for those who often experience various skin issues. Many products within this line also feature extra UV protection." However, in the ingredients, "talc" is the first listed for each product in this palette. Is this palette talc-free or not?
