Hard to use
Product like shampoo and conditioner are hard to get out of the bottle. Can't squeeze the bottle because the plastic bottle is too hard. Had to pound the bottle upside down and hopefully some product comes out. Not pleased with the price I paid and it's not easy to use.

The quality of the product wasn’t good
I bought this small bottles for my trip and unfortunately the small containers didn't work as they supposed to do. All, my body lotion, my shampoo and my face soap spilled off.

Products were not worth the price
The shampoo and conditioner bottles are very stiff, cannot get the product out of the bottle. The spray bottle would not stay on the bottle once it was taken off
