Recently my kids knocked it over and it cracked and it no longer holds water with ought leaking from the crack and bottom. Great company and product
I bought this for my small condo for winter a few years ago. I went to use it this year and noticed I somehow lost the cap. I asked the company if I could get a replacement and was willing to pay and they gave me a one time courtesy replacement. That is rare these days. Exactly What I Needed
I bought this humidifier around a year and a half ago, due to concerns about dry conditions during winter in my apartment at college in central Texas. Upon using it, there was a noticeable difference in the quality of sleep. I have since been using it every night to help avoid waking up with a dry throat and I have been more than satisfied with the product. Cleaning can be a bit complicated since there are small gaps that are not easy to reach with a towel or brush, but a toothpick can help brush away any scales or gunk that gets built up. I purchased this humidifier at my local Whole Foods. I didn't use it until I got sick, and filled it up and it worked great! Until I refilled it and the cap for the water tank stopped working. The plastic grooves inside appear to have disintegrated. Total waste of money and plastic. EASY TO CLEAN!
I got the Mist Aire Studio Ultrasonic Humidifier for Christmas and it's working great! Great product and customer service
The product is great, but sometimes problems happen. I had a problem with a part that was defective and sent a email to explain. In 24 hours it was handled with a brand knew unit on the way. Bought this recently and have been pleased! It's quiet, the blue light feature is great for nighttime, but you can also turn off the light, which is a plus!
