This heating pad helps relieve menstrual cramps. Just big enough to cover my stomach and has an adjustable Velcro strap that hugs perfectly. Great product, battery life is a little short
I bought this almost a year ago and i love it! The fact that i can wear it while im working (im a nurse) is a plus. After fully charging the battery several times, the pack does not get hot enough to serve its purpose. Finally, Chronic Back Pain Relief !
My wife bought me this as a gift and boy does it work great. Excellent Product -delivers relief from back pain
Well over 6 months ago, our daughter gave this to our adult Down Syndrome son because he complained of lower back pain on a regular basis. This product delivers adjustable heat that he can wear all day as he goes about his day, going for a walk, etc.. Having the additional gel pack that can be quickly popped in the microwave to slide in the netted pocket gives him much needed relief. This has been a gamechanger in terms of giving him relief when needed using the battery powered unit or the gel pack. I love this Heating/Cooling Pad!
I bought this once and I liked it so much I bought another one for my husband! This heating/cooling pad is terrific! You can use it with the cord attached for heat, or you can heat it up or cool it off with the gel pack (included) and disconnect the power supply so you can walk around freely. Works great, excellent customer service!
I purchased this item a couple weeks ago and it worked like a charm. I used with the rechargeable battery, then microwaved the gel pack while charging, and froze the gel pace to ice lumbar area. All exceeded my expectations. Contacted customer service for a minor issue and they went above and beyond to resolve!
