    Great Product!

    I bought the PURESPA XL 3-IN-1 AROMA DIFFUSER and love using it I'm my home. It helps to provide moist air in my home along with providing an essential oil aroma. Also, I like the ability to change the colors.

    Enjoyable, Decorative Diffusser

    This is a great addition to the bedroom. It functions as a diffuser, a dehumidifier and a night light. I use all three. As a diffuser, it emits a light mist that is enriched with essential oil. This mist is also the dehumidifier. The light is very soft and can be set to rotate through several colors or set on just one. A major draw back that I have with it is that it is difficult to know when it is anything but full. I like to change scents every otherday so I like to just fill it halfway. There are no markings on it and it is somewhat cone shaped. Since you have to turn it upside down and fill it from the bottom, you can't tell where halfway is until you turn it right side up again. It usually take me 2 or 3 turns to get it to halfway. I'm also a little disappointed with the button that controls the release of the the scented mist. It seems to go from on/heavy mist to off really quick. I generally have to push the button, pause for a few seconds then push it again to get the light mist. Good news is that It's worth the bother. Filling it half way and using the light mist lasts 2 nights. Overall, I think this is a worthwhile addition to my bedroom.

    diffuser XL

    The device itself is wonderful. It holds a lot of water and lasts for over 24 hours. It is ionic, really quiet, and does it's job. I have had several of these, though, and ultimately, after many months of use, the top cover begins to not fit properly over the base. The problem becomes worse and worse until the device can no longer be used. I thought it was because I used hot water to wash it. But my current unit has not been washed in hot water, ever, and still has this problem. The company needs to figure out why this happens. It does not happen in the smaller model of the same device. Also, in this device, if water gets into the mechanism it will not work. This makes it challenging to rinse and keep clean. They should fix that problem as well. I would switch to another brand but I have not yet found an ionic diffuser of this size that I like.

    Great customer service and great Product!

    I love my diffuser and I was so sad when it stopped working, but I called customer service and they were so awesome and helped me right away! Don't wait to purchase this product it's worth the money!

    Awesome product that diffuses the whole day w/ohaving to refill. I did have a quality control issue with mine BUT the CS team quickly addressed and offered to send a replacement. Giving 4 stars due to this issue but the humidifier is a 5 star

    I love the size of this diffuser as it runs all day w/o having to refill. I did have a quality control issue that was quickly resolved by the service team.
