So much more energy!
I was on this prenatal while pregnant and then after stopped, mostly because I forgot to take them. I'm still nursing my daughter a year later and thought, "maybe I should start up again." I have to say in all honesty, after about a week, my energy has improved so much. I must have really needed these because I find my fatigue has gone away and I feel generally more nourished.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on betterhealth.com - RoxyCompra verificadaReviewed 3 months ago

Good vitamins, with some caveats
I am currently pregnant with my third and the prenatal I used with my first two was no longer available to me, so after some research I went with Rainbow Light. I started taking these a few months before I got pregnant and noticed they made me pretty queasy, something I'd never experienced with a multi before, even during pregnancy. I am guessing this is because of the higher potency of some of the ingredients. I started cutting them in half and taking a half in the morning and half in the evening, and it's helped significantly. I feel it allows my body to absorb more of the ingredients, too. I usually take my half with a meal and don't notice the nausea anymore. After cutting them in half, these have been a nice addition to my routine. The smell/flavor isn't too strong and they have all the ingredients I've been looking for at a slightly lower price than others I've tried.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on ExpertVoice.com - KendraReviewed 8 months ago
Too Big for Pregnant Women
I have been using these for the first month of my pregnancy but I just had to stop using them because the pills are so massive that they make me feel so nauseous and sick. I wish they had smaller pills I could take throughout the day and still get the benefits of all the good amazing stuff that's inside them!0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on betterhealth.com - kristy pReviewed 9 months agoI am 20 weeks pregnant and just finished my bottle of these. I really enjoyed that it was only 1 pill, making it easy to integrate into my daily supplements. It has an affordable price point and good ingredients for you and baby so I would definitely recommend!0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on ExpertVoice.com
