I was hoping it would be like the Reese's with the cookies in it but instead they were nothing like I've ever tasted before. They do have a horrible smell. Nope. Don’t do it.
I was wicked shocked when I popped the first one in my mouth cuz it had such a strong maple syrup flavor to it! So strong that I could smell it whole unwrapping it. At first I was a little bit excited cuz I love maple syrup, but after a handful of these little guys, I was sooooo over it! I recommend trying one or two, but that's about it.Hace 4 mesesHi, Melissa. Yuck
They smell as awful as they taste!! Was very disappointed. Love reeses . Love peanut butter pies with graham cracker. If I could've returned i would've. But my main question is. These taste SO weird
I bought these because I typically love everything Reese's and they do NOT taste like peanut butter pie at all. I think something about what they were going for to get the graham cracker flavor... gave it some weird twang? They are actually gross (to me). No one in my house wants to eat the rest either. I will keep buying normal Reese's like always, but ... these. Not peanut butter pie
Very disappointed I bought cause we love the peanut butter cups. I love peanut butter pie. This isn't even close has a bitter taste and after taste. Weird Aftertaste That Lingers
As others have mentioned, these have a strong artificial smell and flavor. It's almost like fake maple graham crackers, but not in a good way. The worst part is that after you finish eating them the smell and flavor lingers on your tounge and skin for hours. All I can say is... FOUL
I'm sorry, Hershey but these did not pass the taste test. What I'm shocked most at is how did these make it through production and get approved by your Quality Control Team? How on earth did someone not know these do NOT taste like peanut butter pie but more like coffee. Coffee and peanut butter do NOT go together whatsoever. These are repulsive. Furthermore, you have misled so many people and we've spent money on something that doesnt live up to our expecations. I bought a bag, took one bite (even though once I opened the bag I was immediately gassed in the face by a strong coffee scent which I was so confused at) and immediately gagged. I threw it away and the WHOLE bag went in the trash. beyond disappointing!!!! I wouldnt recommend these to ANYONE and based on all the other reviews, I am NOT the only one. Come on, Hershey... you clearly can do better. Next time please taste the product before releasing it to the public. At least warn people that do not like coffee that there is a 99.9% chance they will taste like coffee. Please do better next time. I think I am traumatized for life after this experience.
