Trusty eyeliner

It's a soft, matte navy blue that can blend out, but do it quickly because once it sets down, it's down. Seriously waterproof!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really solid eyeliner pencil. The color is a very dark navy - I feel like it's almost hard to tell it's not actually black. I will also say it is VERY waterproof. I used soap to scrub and man - it's hard to remove. Best eyeliner pencil

Good everyday eyeliner, but I wish it had deeper p
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Revlon ColorStay eyeliner pencil is nice for everyday use. The packaging is simple and easy to throw in a makeup bag, and the pencil glides on without tugging. I do wish the pigmentation was stronger because sometimes I have to go over the line a couple of times to get the intensity I want. On the plus side, it does last pretty well throughout the day without too much smudging.
