Revlon Color Stay lip liner wine
I have been using your color stay lip liner for years. I always chose the wine color. It was great! It stay on a long time and didn't bleed. The new formula is so disappointing. It's too soft which allows it to smudge when eating and drinking, and the color is not the wine color it use to be. I just recently bought this product haven't had much time to use it but so far I really like it. I love the color that I bought and it goes super well with my Fenty Beauty lipgloss. Completely new formula!
What has happened? I knew the packaging looked different, but I thought, ok, same product. WHAT? It's entirely TOO soft, TOO creamy, and requires the work of an expert to get a smooth lining.
