application ease, longevity (smudge-proof/wear time), pigment intensity, this is a great liner for someone who doesn't what to spend a lot of money on cosmetics or just if this is something you wanted to try out to compare to higher end brand. I do love how small the tip is to be able to give you that perfect sharp wing that could cut you lol it dried down really fast and I like that it was buildable so if you want to make the color deeper it will take more pigment. Precise applicator
I will say that I have tended to use this liner over others at the same price point based on the packaging and applicator design. It does not leak like some other brush or even felt tip liners.
