I love this eyeliner! I did buy a revlon sharpener because I saw on the package that it was a pencil that would need a sharpener. The sharpener I had at home wouldn't sharpen any eye pencil I had tried. I would absolutely recommend the eyeliner and the sharpener. It’s not great as eyeliner.
I like the 3 in one option for this pencil, the eye pencil did not work for me. It rubbed off in very short time, my make up was a mess, and I did not feel confident to use agsin. Great Staying Power!

Exceptional eye pencil!
Glides like buttah for multiple looks - defined, smudged, barely there, intense, whatever! Love how it absolutely does not tug when you apply. I don't think the brush works - the bristles are too long and flimsy for blending but it does not matter because I use a makeup brush to smudge. I dare say it gives a certain high-end eye pencil a run for the money, meaning Revlon wins with a far better price and matched quality. Ask me if you want to know whose brand;) More colors please, Revlon. I have only 3. Maybe a plum?
