Great for cream eye shadows
I bought this not for foundation but for applying cream eyeshadows. I hate applying them with my fingers. Not a great blender
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite feature about this blender is how soft the silicone feels & that there's two sides to use for different purposes. I also love that this blender is very easy to quickly clean right after each use. My least favorite feature about the blender is how it doesn't blend out foundation well. How I used the blender is by patch testing to apply a cushion foundation & lip product on. The blender barely picked up any foundation than the sponge the foundation came with & the blender didn't blend out the foundation well. The blender works better when I use it to pick up & smoothly apply lip products without directly using my fingers. I will not use this as much in the future, but the only time I would use it is if I want to apply a lip product that needs my fingers to apply it on.
