Defective screw mechanism
Its a great product,I have been using this for more than a year.But lately,there is a defect with the screw mechanism.It does not twist up after a while,my 2 sticks got wasted..I request ROc to look at this,I dont know if I am the only one having this issue. Vitamin C --Are My Eyes Best Friend

Good product, bad packaging
I bought this twice now, and it is a great product that I like to use under and over my other products for brightening and a little glow. Unfortunately, both times the tube became unaligned and stopped turning, so I had to dig the product out with a Q-tip. Horrible!
I wanted to try this for the longest. I finally got it for myself and immediately burned my under eyes. Some how the allergic reaction I assume thats what it is , spread to my cheeks. My face felt like it was on fire and a rash that looks like hot oil burn . I have not EVER experienced this. I'm currently trying to heal my skin. Stuck in tube.

Great product, faulty container

Highly disappointed in the products packing functi
I am on my second purchase of this eye balm. It’s a great product, BUT both purchases have failed me with the dispenser. They break and won’t roll up or down even. Wasted a huge amount of product because it simply fails to roll up more product. I will not be purchasing this again because two times of wasted money because of horrible dispensing.
