Color is not the same as previously usef
I have been dying my hair with this espresso for a few years and this recent box turned my hair the darkest black ever. My natural color is more espresso like the box and has some chestnut highlights. I've never had a problem before. I hate my hair this dark. Makes me look washed out and pale and now I can't fix it. Did they change the color along with the new box design? Ugh! Best boxed hair dye

Didn't color grays the right shade
The overall color was darker than I expected but where I had gray hairs, the dye turned it a dark red. It's a miracle product!
I have had damaged hair for years. It's so frizzy so dry. No matter what product I used it didn't work. I had a box of this hair color and put it in in my hair is amazing. It looks so full and alive. It made me cry to see I could have hair again.
