My car was broken into, and I had a 5.5 hour drive back home without a driver's front window. I wanted to make the drive back with a barrier in case there was bad weather, etc, but wanted something that would not obstruct my vision. I used this tape to make a make-shift window. I drove 70+mph home and through rain, and this tape held up the entire way. I was so grateful Scotch made this excellent product. It made a stressful situation much better. THE BEST SHIPPING TAPE EVER!!!!
I have used this tape for a long while. After using other name brands that don't stick well, I tried Scotch box lock, LOVE IT!! It sticks really well to my shipping boxes and is very strong! I wish I could leave zero stars. Complete garbage product. Tears and shreds when you try to find the end. Best I have used
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a shipping manager at one point in my life and I could not stand the flimsy packing tape we were given to use. This box lock tape truly is amazing. I never needed to use more than one strip of tape to keep a box closed. In contrast to some others I've used, I don't feel like I have to excessively tape up a box to make it secure. It's also doesn't seem as prone to sticking to itself, which is a nice feature when you're attaching a return label to a box, i.e. the tape doesn't wrinkle and obstruct the text on the label. Very strong tape!
