I've been using the 2.5% strength for 15 years and it was great. Tried the new formula/package Now my hair feels super rough and dry. Bring back the old formula
I don't like the texture of my hair after using the new formula. As it stands, the product is no different than the cheaper generic pharmacy chain brands, so there is no reason for me to buy this more expensive product.
