I have incredibly sensitive teeth. I mean, I could never bite ice cream or switch from eating/drinking between hot and cold items without my teeth physically cringing. This toothpaste is the only I've found to improve my tooth sensitivity so far. I have tried other brands sensitive toothpaste and it is not the same. Actually helps with tooth sensitivity
I've had sensitive teeth all my life and other than pricey prescription toothpaste, this is the only product that helps with my tooth sensitivity.
