I generally love this product and have been using it for years, I have tried all of them. The last tube I purchased I noticed there is package shrinking going on which is very disappointing. The package says this is 4oz it certainly was not on this tube. CVS is Doomed
I never shop at CVS because everything is lockup up, the checkout machines do not work half the time, and whatever I need is available from Amazon with one-day delivery (or even same-day delivery) at a lower price, but while on a trip to Atlanta, I needed $5.00 worth of travel size toiletries. You have redesigned your mobile app so now it is impossible to find my barcode. The store clerk helped me find my code, then I tried to use the checkout machine but it would not recognize my code. The store clerk tried to help, but he could not get your checkout machine to work. Finally went to the checkout line and the clerk was able to scan my code and the items that I wanted to purchase. It took both of us 5 minutes to complete a $5.00 transaction, and all the while the clerk was busy helping all the other customers with their problems using your machines. This store chain is not going to succeed. How can you hope to stay in business when it takes so much time and effort for customers and staff to process such a very simple transaction?
