    I was sent three by

    I was sent three by mistake instead of three different ones. It was rectified with replacements. But now I get a reaction like I have been glutened. I looked online and other people reacted to the sourgham. So sad. But at least I can eat the ones made with sunflower.

    Garbage

    If I could give a minus 1 I would. Styrofoam in texture, and bitter. Cocoa? No. I actually gagged. Save your money don't fall for Bobby Parrish's fake nutrition advice as he's not a nutritionist. .

    My new favorite chocolate cereal!

    My new favorite chocolate cereal! Before I tried Seven Sundays, I used to get the Kashi Go cereal in chocolate until the formula change gave me gastric issues. Seven Sundays is much better to me and I love that it isn't too sweet. It doesn't give my any tummy issues either. I'll often just snack on it straight out of the bag with some nuts, too!

    Love love love this cereal,

    Love love love this cereal, such a great option to have in the morning. Every cereal out there is loaded with sugar, grains and unhealthy ingredients. Love the crunch the taste! Wish it was available in Canada
