    New Formula is terrible!!

    I've used this for years and loved it so much. It was part of my daily routine and did everything my sensitive skin needed it to do. This new formulation is terrible and I will not be using it again. It has an added murky color and fragrance to it but most of all it irritates my sensitive skin. Please bring back the original formula! There are tons of reviews from others that are experiencing the same issues of irritating my skin and making it really red.

    Perfect for rosacea skin!

    I suffer from rosacea and have found the tap water to be too drying and irritating for my condition. I use topical prescriptions morning and evening so need to cleanse twice a day while avoiding hard tap water. I love that unlike bioderma sensibo, this is even more hydrating to the skin with glycerin and panthenol. I've already noticed my condition improving! I like this formula the best with only 12 ingredients and two of those being for hydration. Less is more! Please keep this formula!

    HORRIBLE formula change

    I used to love this micellar water and it was the only one I would buy. I have sensitive skin and this is the only one that would make my skin feel good after I used it. HOWEVER there has been a formula change (which they did not disclose) and this product now gives me inflamed, bright red, burning skin. Just see the photos. Will not be rebuying ever again. Do not buy this product if you have sensitive skin.

    Simply works!

    I've been using this for a few months now & am so grateful to have found it! I've used a lot of different products but none have worked as well as this at taking off my mascara with ease. Love!

    Better than Garnier!

    This is my absolute favorite micellar water! It is absolutely amazing!! I know "everybody" LOVES Garnier's version of this but I gotta wonder . . . Why? I've tried both multiple times and hands down I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Simple Micellar Water so much more!!!!

    New formula is AWFUL!!!!

    I've been using this product for years and loved it. As Covid hit my husband has been doing all the shopping because I'm high risk. He came home with a new and improved bottle. I looked at it and noticed right away it wasn't clear. Then I grabbed my old bottle and compared all the ingredients and noticed a lot was changed. I wasn't optimistic about this. I used what I had left sparingly to make it last. Eventually, I had to use the new stuff. To say it burns my skin is an understatement. I kept trying to use it and eventually just gave up. I couldn't do it. Please, please please bring back the old stuff that I fell in love with. This new formula is horrible. My sensitive skin can't tolerate what you've put in it.

    This is a great product

    I work for the major hospital in Birmingham Alabama. Alot of nurse's and others use your products but is it necessary with all the bad in the world to use the phrase good as Hell. No it's a great product and there's nothing clean as HELL

    Horrible New Formula!!!

    I used to really love this product. However the new formula makes my skin burn. It's not effective at all anymore.
