I purchased this because my sinuses were horribly dry. I used it on Sunday and Monday and felt like I had water in my ear after using it. ineffective difficult to use
Does not allow for a steady flow and is difficult to get at an angle to flush sinuses. Comes out your mouth instead of the other nostril.
