Very disappointed, the jar was open and a tape was put on the lid to keep it opened, I’m afraid to use it, $4.49 down the drain since I can’t use it.

High Fructose Corn Syrup Ruins it
I bought this in a hurry not reading the ingredients. Smuckers why are you using high fructose corn syrup? You can do better - your customers deserve better. This product has potential but it is much too sweet - back to Polaner all fruit -

Long-time favorite
I have been buying red raspberry preserves for many years and have always found it to be delicious. My husband and I prefer it to any other preserve, not only for toast, bagels and English muffins but also for ice cream topping etc.

Disappointing
After my husband buying me the jam without seeds (whoever had seedless jam, that's jelly!) I decided to to try this. Dang,was I disappointed. I found this product way too thick and so sweet. Most of all, the tart raspberry taste was nonexistent. This has a very mundane raspberry flavor. Why you cheapen your product with high fructose corn syrup is a shame. People will pay for a high quality product.

Taste has declined
My favorite jam for over a decade, but that complex sweet-and-tart taste is not there any more. Boring. Maybe a different variety of raspberry?

Beware of jar bottom breaking off
We have purchased Smuckers Red Raspberry Preserves for as long as I can remember and it is our favorite. It's the only jam we will buy. The last two jars have had the bottom of the jar break off while scooping the last of the jam out. It's disturbing and probably dangerous for this to happen. I see from reading the reviews that this happened to someone else as well. We are also an adult only household and the jar was not dropped or damaged while in our possession. What is causing this to happen?

Disappointed
In the past I always thought this was the gold standard but I have been disappointed in my last two purchases. I can't put my finger on it but I feel something has changed with my favorite fruit spread. I have been buying this for as long as I an remember.
