And best of all, it doesn't raise my blood sugar!! Just because it has zero sugar does not mean that the ingredients are better for you. But if you dilute it with a little bit of added water it tastes a bit more better. The apple flavor is really pleasant, and I appreciate that it doesn't contain any sugar or artificial dyes. As someone who's trying to cut back on soda and other sugary drinks, this could become my go-to beverage. I find the apple flavor to be quite similar to that of lemonade, which is a classic favorite. While the drink was a bit too sweet for my taste, I was able to balance it out by adding some extra fruits and ice. I shared the drink with my friends and we all agreed that it was delicious and refreshing.
