Best combo with its shampoo for optimal effect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner is white, very thick and creamy. It has a pleasant faint berry smell. It feels like a lotion and an expensive product. The label is great and easy to read. I love that it's full of vitamins. The only issues are the bottle is very hard to squeeze and the conditioner is a little too thick. Started loosing hair
The smell it great and at first I liked the conditioner but then my hair started falling out and was completely dried out. My hair became brittle at the ends and felt terrible to touch.
