I had four bottles and now I have two :( Two of them literally melted in my dishwasher which is brand new. No other plastic melted, not even Tupperware. Don't believe the words "dishwasher safe!" They are not dishwasher safe
I've had my Sodastream Terra for a few momths and really like the convenient, low cost sparkling water. The only issue is that the dishwasher safe bottles are not. Two of three have become deformed around the neck. They cannot be used any longer because they get stuck in the carbonator. I am also seing the issue with gunk collecting under the base cap. Dirt gets trapped between the base cap and the bottle
We purchased the 1L slim in white. The white cap at the base is not removable for cleaning and is not completely sealed allowing for dirt, mold and gunk to get trapped. came late with no explanation
love the product. but no one told me what happened to my original order. i had to request a new order a few weeks later - with no communication from soda stream even though you had my money and i had no product. once SS recognized that the order had not been fulfilled (because i contacted you), you immediately took care of the problem, but only after I initiated contact. i felt like no one cared until i made someone care... otherwise great service and product.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on sodastream.com
