Some have been saying it's changed to being soupy. Not me at all …it's dry and not cheesy like it used to be. I'm very disappointed and with the price of everything these days I don't want to buy anymore! Sad because it used to be my favorite! New recipe is NOT good
I've been buying Stouffer's single serving macaroni and cheese forever. The new recipe in the white tray is not good. The cheese sauce is watered down. I have really enjoyed Stouffer's Mac and Cheese for many years until recently. The switch from the black tray to the white, what a difference. Went from great to horrible. Why would the company destroy a great product. Never understood Coke to New Coke either, remember that disaster. I have been reading reviews, totally agree. Not the same at all. A joke
Barely covers the bottom of the box. When did they get so cheap? Not worth the cost. This is definitely not the Mac and cheese I gave my kids! Did they think no one would notice. What is this crap? Don't you know that most people get way too much salt? Don't you know that if you want to kill yourself with kidney failure, you can put more salt on your food? Do you know that you can't take it out? Apparently you have raised the salt level. Awful!
This use to be some of the best Mac & Chz all time favorite but not the past few years. ESPECIALLY this year; Something has most definitely changed for the worse. Customers support keeps replying to reviews that nothing has changed but that's clearly not true. Just the changes with packaging before you even get to the product are so obvious. The cook times on the back of the box are shorter for baking and microwaving. The plastic container it comes in is now white and so thin and flimsy you can see through it and gets floppy. The plastic film on top you can't even remove without it shredding in to a dozen pieces. The Mac & Chz itself is disappointing at best. Microwaved = soupy watery boiled over mess. Baked = equals evaporated or absorbed in noodles. It actually boils over the cup like water when microwaved. When baking, the cheese sauce has a weird non dairy based almost chemical like consistency/texture to it; that eventually evaporates and/or absorbs into noodles. All neon orange. The flavor of the sauce if you can even get that far is lackluster.
