    No effect

    I usually use name brand Sudafed but decided to use CVS brand this time. I am not totally sure there is anything in this product. I found that tylenol helped more.

    Sudafed doesn't work

    I bought sudafed sinus took it every 12 hrs didn't do anything to me. Waste of money. My sinuses were still pluggedup!!

    Causes insomnia

    I wasn't aware that insomnia was the trade off for decongesting my nose. I go to bed at 9:30 every night and was instead up until sunrise. Terrible experience.

    A true answer to my misery

    This is the only product that I can rely on to allow me to function like a normal human when i wake up in the morning. i take it right before bed and it is a life changer. I only wonder how many consecutive days i can take this without any repercussions

    It’s the only medication I use!

    If I have to go from store to store looking for the 12 hour that’s what I do, I refuse anything else I’ll rather not take any medication and let the symptoms subside on their own.

    Does not work for me

    Maybe I'm immune, but this medication did nothing for me. I took as directed twice a day for 5 days. Nasal congestion never improved and pressure in my right ear only got worse. I keep trying Sudafed every time I get sick hoping it'll start working, but it never does.

    Best Ever For Sinus Headaches!

    I struggled with bad sinus-related headaches for over a decade before my new doctor suggested this. I told him I tried Sudafed (normal little red pills, non-time-release) and they didn't help, dried out my head, and wired me up like coffee jitters. He suggested the 12-Hour Sudafed because it releases slowly and in a lower dosage concentration over 12 hours. This was the dawn of a new day in my life!! NOT an understatement!! That was 30 years ago... and to this very day I take ONLY 12-Hour Sudafed and Bayer Aspirin and the world is right again for the entire day. Occasionally I'll need to keep this up for 1-3 days during challenging weather cycles (rapid barometric pressure changes) or if I'm run down, have a cold, etc, but that's worst-case. I would literally be non-functional for a dozen days a year or more without Sudafed 12-Hour, and I have turned SO many people onto it with similar success over the years and we all swear by it. I hope you read this and try the same and this makes you feel well again as it has myself!
