The old CVS brand (now discontinued?) heating pads, especially the large one's, seem to typically "burn out" too quick. So far, this Sunbeam seems much sturdier. I like it!0 users found this review helpful.

Not impressed
13 months old and flashing F. Now will not heat at all. The 1-800 numbers for Canada are either (1) in French, then you get a busy signal and are cut off, or (2) you push 2 to speak with someone and then get a busy signal and are cut off. heats fast,soft pad, long cord, Great.

Not happy with my heating pad.
I bought a Sunbeam heating pad and I love it I had it for 5 months for my nerve in my knee then it started flashing F sent them email they sent me list of things to try I tried nothing worked so I emailed them and they are sending me a return label they can figure it out because it was not cheap if they figure it out and take care problem because there are lots bad reviews about same problem so they know there's a problem with them I will go back on here change my review.1 year agoThank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. Great until it's not great
I've had mine about 2 years. Worked great. I get the F often, I unplug it, tighten the connections and repugnant. Usually works a charm. But now I'm getting the F and nothing I do is making it go away. Sucks because i otherwise really liked this.
