I will be returning this product shortly because when I was going to try using it a couple nights ago, in reading over the (23) SAFETY instructions I felt I was too scared to use it. #20 says if it's provided with magnetic closures (I can't tell if it is or isn't), not to use if I have a pacemaker (which I do). I understand all the conditions, but it doesn't meet my needs - I'm now using my hot water bottle! Doesn't work
I bought this awhile ago but just needed to use it today. It does not turn on.
