    F for FAILURE

    Constant F error. I have followed all the instructions and still have the F error. So dissappointing.

    Love it but one complaint…….

    I like the heating pad, I now have one in the bedroom and the living room. I only wish it had a timer so I could set it for my needs. I hope one day you will make one with a timer.

    Great but dead

    Been great, currently flashing f out of no where. Seen a lot of posts say it's dead when this happens. So sad.

    Ceased to function after 7 months.

    I bought this heating pad about 7 months ago and it worked great in the beginning, but is no longer functional. It turns off after being on for about one minute and gives me an error code F. I reached out to Sunbeam on the chat function, and was told to unplug the device for 30 seconds and plug it back in. I tried that and it did not help. Nothing has changed with how I power this device. I tried plugging it into a different outlet And nothing helped. Yesterday I would have given it 5 stars. Today it gets one. I have to go out and purchase a new heating pad. Monumental waste of my day.

    I've had this b4 for tears and decided to get a new.one. This brand lasts and is wonderful.

    3rd one same problem

    The replacement heating pad they sent me because the last one kept having the E displayed, now it has the same E displayed again. This is the 3rd one that has done this!! Seems it's ALL of their products!!!
