    Didn't get what I wanted

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bidet itself is fine. But, after hooking it up I discovered it did not have the warm air dryer and deodorizer as advertised on your website. The 'Bidet and Heated Seats' page mentions the drier and deodorizer, the product page does not. ¿Ahora qué?

    Best Bidet on the market

    Remote control Swash BL97

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device Swash BL97 itself is excellent. But the remote control is not very convenient compared to previous models SWASH 900. Changing batteries is very inconvenient, since you need to use a special tool, for older people this is a big problem. In this case, you can break the latches. The touch buttons are very sensitive and work instantly when you take the remote control in your hands. The programming of the remote control does not always correspond to the instructions, although all individual commands are entered correctly.

    I had my previous one

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my previous one however, it broke just under 2 years; therefore, I had to buy a new one, but I do like them very much. They make my life a lot easier.
