    Poor design of slow close hinge

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using your bedit seat for over 20 years and have had a problem with the inferior design with the seat hinge, the original slow close design was much smoother and better. I just had to replace your seat because the hinge unit split the plastic seat at insertion location

    Brondell bidet

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our brondell just died. It was about 3 years old that's why we got extended warranty on this new one. Tried others but this one is the best out there for the price. Most comfortable and solidly built.

    Low spray pressure. Remote control

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Low spray pressure. Remote control can't communicate with the bidet through the person on the toilet. You have to reach around your body and point it at the bidet.

    Great product – highly recommended
