    no preservatives to hurt your eyes

    Don't know if it's true, but I read that eye drops with preservatives in the bottle can harm your eyesight

    Awful applicator design

    I got a sample of this product from my doctor, and it had a long, taped applicator which made it easy to pur a drop in my eye by just dropping it in my lower eyelid and then blinking. The applicator on this product is short with a tiny bead-like dropper, almost impossible to use!
