Ultra great!
Before menopause my flow had gotten very heavy. Tampax Ultra was a life saver. The extra absorbency helped me not have to run to the bathroom every 20 mins. I was able to sleep through the night. Love them!
I like how there is no leakage with these tampons and don't have to be worried that it will stain my underwear. They might be on the pricey side but worth it. My favorite brand

Wife uses them every month
I can't speak from personal experience but they must work. My wife buys them every month like clock work.
