    Melted tide pods

    your product was absolutely horrible as my tide pods were melted and ruined before i even got to use them

Our products go through extensive quality checks to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. This isn't something we would expect, and we're happy to help make this right. It may be helpful to know that the product is designed to dissolve when it comes in contact with water. If exposed to moisture at any point, the pods can become stuck together, leak, or burst. For the best results, we always recommend storing the product in a room-temperature environment with low humidity.
