Pump bottle never workReviewed 1 month agoPumps never work
Ive been using this product along with the matching shampoo for years then all of a sudden they now only come in bottles that have the pump. The pump never works. Ive bought so many of these it’s insane and i have never gotten one where the pump works. What was wrong with the old bottles. Plz go back or i may be forced to find new hair care . As far as the actual shampoo and condition goes, they r great. I cant even brush my hair unless i use these products. Its gonna be a real shame if i have to start buying from someone else that dont have pumps on all there bottles. My hair always smells so great shiney and full of bounce. I wouldn't change product if i can help it. Plus its so affordable. Rich or poor u can afford to buy it. . Great, affordable, product. Love it
I have been using this product for many years, and still do. The product is great and affordable. Currently, I am aggravated with the fact that you need a degree in mechanical engineering to open the pump feature. I have broke the last 5 pumps trying to doggie out how to open it. I'm a fairly smart guy, so it frustrates me even more when I can't figure something out.
