Works like normal Acetaminophen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have difficulty swallowing, the coating on here will help with that. However, I'm not a fan of the red and yellow dyes added to it. Easy to swallow!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trust Tylonel when it comes to pain relief. It's a brand that I have relied on for all my pain issues. I have the worst time when it comes to swallowing pillows. My gag reflex gets activated and my tongue stiffens. Unlike other pain relief products, these caplets are coated to be smooth. The shape of the caplet is also flatter and thinner, which makes it easier to swallow. I use them often because within 15 minutes my headache are completely gone. They are definitely extra strength and easy to swallow! Typical Pain Relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the "Easy to Swallow" claim, and that fact that I am not always good at swallowing pills, I was hoping for it to be true. Unfortunately, I do not feel that this pill was any different or any easier to swallow in comparison to other pills.
