I went to the store looking for the old packaging and couldn't find it. So I bought the new updated version and its terrible! The texture feels like they used plastic, it sticks to you, the wings are short and does not stay secured. Not as absorbent and very uncomfortable. The Perfect Pad
I have heavy periods due to adenomyosis and endometriosis, and these are the only pads that work for me. They're shaped perfectly to fit underwear, long and wide enough that I no longer have accidents at night, and despite being thin it's still absorbent. U maxi pads

Why change what works?!
How many more of these recent reviews, of women upset that you changed the perfect pad, do you need to realize you've made a huge mistake? I am yet another loyal customer that is dissatisfied with the "updated" pad. I have all the exact same complaints everyone else has. Your generic "We're sad to hear about your experience, please reach out to us…" read insincere and dismissive. WE ARE REACHING OUT TO YOU in these reviews. We've explained what the problem is. Warning to paraplegic & stomach sleepers
Paraplegic-these pads shred very easily when sliding and transferring. Stomach sleepers- there is no protection. The wings are too short. Also after a few hours they super glue to panties and shred when removed. Extra heavy and ultra thin definitely do not go together for pads. I tried 2 boxes and had the same results. I have used Kotex for 30+ years and miss the overnights that seem to have disappeared. They have changed and I hate it!
These pads with the dots on the package suck! I don't feel protected in these. They only last a couple hours. Can't even get through a flight without changing. And it moves so much! It's also a waste everything just gathers in one spot and the rest of the pad is just left unused. I'm just really disappointed they changed a good overnight pad to some trash that leeks and moves just a waste of money. Are you testing these on real women? True full figure women, whom thighs touch or rub? Can't be ! I have lost sleep with this pad! But this is last box I'm done with Kotex. Companies do anything to make more money. Still on the first pack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband went to Walmart and ended up getting these. I've never used them until now. So far I have had absolutely no issues with using them. I bleed a whole lot and need the longer ones to protect from where the other things I use do not leak through.
