    quality is great

    Great Product!

    Comfortable and Reliable

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always use thin pads with wings, and these are a nice upgrade. The "Balance" version has a slightly raised center that actually does make a difference. It actually helps keep the flow contained and prevents it from spreading to the edges. They're very comfortable and stay in place well, which I appreciate. Overall, not a huge change from the usual ultra thins, but that little raised pad detail is a smart touch that makes them a bit more reliable for a heavy flow!

    Comfortable, Protective, and Discretion!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] a 45-year-old woman who's tried just about every product out there over the years, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the U by Kotex Balance Ultra-Thin Heavy Pads with Wings. At this stage in life, comfort and reliability are non-negotiable, especially during heavier flow days, and these pads delivered. They're impressively thin for the level of absorbency they offer, which makes them feel less bulky and more discreet under clothes - a big plus. The wings stay in place well throughout the day, and I didn't experience any bunching or shifting. I also appreciated the breathable design and how it helped reduce any irritation, especially during longer wear. Overall, these strike a great balance (no pun intended) between comfort, protection, and discretion. Definitely a product I'll keep purchasing!

    U by kotex Ultra Thin Day Pads

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These U by Kotex Ultra Thin Day Pads are one of my favorite pads. They are ultra thin and have wings. Are heavy absorbency and don't leak. They are infused with charcoal to help neutralize period odor.

    Not for heavy days and not for me

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although these say "heavy" I found that they didn't absorb as well as others I have tried. They felt a bit uncomfortable on, almost like the material was too rough and it seemed as though they didn't breathe well either. Overall ok, and I'll use the remaining as a backup pad for lighter days but would not purchase for regular use.

    Must have!

    Discreet while also Absorbent
