Not leak proof

Barely there
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a baby a few weeks ago and have been wearing postpartum diapers. My bleeding has subsided quite a bit but I still have quite a bit of blood with some clotting. These pads have been great to transition into. They aren't bulky and almost feel like nothing is there.

Great for heavy days
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone with a heavy flow, especially on the first day of my period, I've struggled to find products that can keep up. But these pads have been great . Not only are they incredibly comfortable, but they're also super absorbent, even on my heaviest days.

The Perfect Pad Does Exist!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kotex Clean & Secure is one of the few pads that does not throw off my pH balance! These pads are hypoallergenic and free of pesticides, fragrances and chlorine. They are very comfortable, easy to wear and they stay where you put them. I especially like using them overnight, since they do not have any wings, they do not cause any irritation or chafing.

Breathable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok I actually really like these. They are lightweight and very breathable. They don't feel bulky, on the thinner side and great for the days when you don't need an actual pad. I can walk without discomfort … if you know, you know.
