Must have!
I've been taken these supplements for about a week and a half, and I must say within the first 2 days I noticed changes! If you were second guessing, or on the fence here's a suggestion just it a try! Great product! Good product but rare to find.

Do Not Recommend
I had been using the rephresh probiotic brand & ran out so I decided to give this brand a try since the store I went to was out of rephresh. I only took this probiotic for about 3-4 days & I have had stomach pain & feeling discomfort in my vaginal area.
