Effective but pricy
Expensive but definitely worth it. I have seen my triglycerides number go down consistently after taking these. Lowered my husband’s cholesterol

To much sugar in it
They are good to help me get other supplements on down the throat. Don't let them get hot or they will stick together and then are very hard to get out of the bottle.
