Once I figured out how to put them on I wore them to sleep. I have small feet but after growing up wearing compression socks and cleats, I never knew that I could have any space between any of my toes at all. I know progress takes time and I know as long as I put them on once a day I believe that I can train my toes to have spaces in-between. I bought these because I am tired of the skin where my pinky toe connects constantly in a state of having an open wound. I currently work 12 hour shifts in a warehouse and it has become troubling to keep my toes so constraint all the time. So my hope is to balance it out with these toes spacers at home. I am also going to start wearing athletic toe socks with my boots so I don't negate the progress these toes spacers have given me. Love them
These are so comfortable to wear, I wear them around the house with socks, and even wide toe shoes and forget that I'm even them. Hoping That They Will Help And Tip
I have a lot of foot pain. I have toes that want to lay on top of each other. I had x-ray and now know that I have multifocal primary osteoarthriitis.. It is my toes that hurt the most. One of my toes is locked into a hammertoe and cannot be straightened out. And all the rest of the other toes except the big toes are headed that way, It really hurts when I put my shoes.I am hoping that these spreaders might slpw down the progression of deformities while I wait to see a foot doctor.TIP:I some reading about toe spreaders and found that it is a good idea to wear them while you sleep but try to wear them for periods of time during the day and lengthen the periods.I know that toe spreaders will not cure the problem, I just that they may help. Moderate Toe Spread, Great Comfort and a Choice of Colors—What's Not to Like?
Available in five different hues, these Zentōes toe separators are made of incredibly soft, squishy and flexible silicone gel. Although they seem too small at first glance, they stretch dramatically to fit large adult-size feet. The ribs between the toe holes compress less than their softness would indicate, so they provide excellent toe separation with no noticeable pressure points or irritation areas.These separators spread the toes a bit more than many others of similar design, but not as much as the bigger, more rigid, Yoga-toes-style ones on the market. These bulk up so little that socks and some shoes fit over them. Where the heck did I put those....
....we had two pair of these before and they seem to have disappeared somewhere in some great vortex that is our house, never to be seen again.So; I ordered these for Misses Shops too much, who has hammer toes and bunions.Her comments about these is that "they are soft" "softer than the other ones that we will probably find, now that we have these...."Anyway, she likes them.They are, as you see, spacers for your toes.The parts on the outer edges and on the tops and bottoms are fairly thin but capable and then the spacers are pretty thick, but soft and while comfortable, they do a good job of spreading out the toes.As they are silicone, they can be washed as needed.Do yourself a favor; put them in an assigned place, like maybe the hall closet with the pain balm and cough syrup; just somewhere where they won't get lost in the twilight zone; free advice.These look and feel to be of good quality materials and workmanship.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on ZenToes
