I took one pill and slept for 3 nights and 2 days. On third day was so bad called paramedics. EKG showed irregular beats so sent to hospital. Zyrtec-D Packaging
I just started using this product and really like the combination and the 12-hour coverage. The 12-hour coverage because I can take it early in the morning and have it out of my system to sleep well at night. However, the packaging is AWFUL! I am 73 & have RA & I'm doing well except that I'm experiencing minimal difficulty with buttons and... your packaging! NOTHING pushes out easily from the destruction proof bubble of plastic. I have to get a sharp knife & literally cut away the edges (all the while hoping the knife doesn't get me). Your packaging people need to get something that works without the necessity of a knife... there is NOTHING easy about getting to the medicine that works for me. Thank you! ~ Dr. Kermit P. is it worth it?

Truly starts working by 30 minutes . Nasal passages feel clear. Breathing feels better.
