I have several problems with Always Descreet pads. There is a glut of Always products at the stores in my area so there is little choice. They are not comfortable - it feels like I'm wearing a brick. They are not as absorbent as Poise or Tena and I have to change Always. much more frequently. They leak & I believe the weave of the pad is so tight it limits absorption. The plastic edges that are supposed to prevent this irritate my skin. Perfect

Have been using this product for at least 2 years. Now, order online for delivery to my home. Very convenient plus the added benefit of coupons and Heslth Care monthly program. These Pads Do the Trick
Aging comes with tricky changes, including a little involuntary incontinence. These long, absorbent pads stem that flow, and keep me drier. They are comfortable and their thinness make them undetectable. They also provide protection from the occasional spurt, keeping undies and clothing dry.
