[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many different products, even other Always options. These are the best, as they protect no matter where you are or what you are doing. Sitting and having a leakage issue pushes the urine to the back. Being extra long these absorb it all. At night, I will double up with two in an "X" position. That protects me when I wake in the morning with a full bladder and cannot make it to the bathroom without some serious leakage. I use the outer wrapper to seal the used pad by folding it in three folds, and then tightly wrapping the wrapper around the "open" side. No odor in the bathroom trash can. Great protection!

Their stick was wonderful. The only issue that came up was, although it's not stated on the packaging g, they seemed to have a scent to them. I'm not interested in using scented feminine hygiene products. For bladder leaks

The only thing I don't care for is the floral scent but really for how effective they are I don't care. Man, I feel Like a woman.

They have a slight sent to them, but not overpowering. I found them comfortable to wear and fit was fine.
