My go to pad!
If you wear pads, you have to get these Always pure cotton with flex foam. They are unscented and the 100% cotton top layer makes them so comfortable to wear. The flexi-wings help with absorbency. Very flex and comfortable
I have used various different kinds of always pads but I like this one the most. It is designed very flexible and comfortable especially for all night long. Best pads!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent, highly absorbent pad with a cotton top layer. They are very thin and absorb a lot more than expected with very good odor control. I got the regular absorbency but they absorbed everything even on my heavy days. Product that works well and is comfortable.

It didn't feel bulky like most pads do, at times I forgot I had one one on because it wasn't uncomfortable. I have a very heavy flow and did not leak once.
